Shipping

Most orders are processed within 2 business days from original receipt of order, and approval of credit card. We do not offer options for shipping, we ship best way by 2 day priority mail or UPS ground when required by weight restrictions, and shipping charges will be indicated on your order form.

Return & Exchange

Shipment of product is as advertised by product. Upon receipt of merchandise inspect product carefully, should you find that the product does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at once and tell us your concerns, so we may make every effort to satisfy your purchase. In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues we offer a return/exchange policy. You can exchange any product up to thirty days from original purchase date after receiving a RMA#, or return any item for credit up to 10 days from original purchase date, less shipping charges.

To return items follow the instructions below:
E-Mail us at service@penningtonequipmentcompany.com for a return authorization number, and in it describe briefly the reasons for your requested return. You must receive a (RMA#) before you return any goods to us, the RMA# must appear on your return packing label and on the outside of the box, Merchandise without a (RMA#) will be refused, and no credit will be issued. RMA's are valid for (10) days from date of issuance and require a shipping tracking number for validation within that time. Email your shipping/tracking number to service@penningtonequipmentcompany.com All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns. Return shipping must be insured and is paid by the buyer, no exceptions.

Warranties

PEC supports the products it sells, through the manufacturers supplied warranties. All new products carry a one-year warranty direct from the manufacturer, and all refurbished products carry a ninety-day warranty from the manufacturer. Should you experience any problems contact the manufacturers customer service at once.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

PEC expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied. Including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. PEC shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out or related to the purchased merchandise. All merchandise is sold "as is". PEC makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system down time, lost data, etc. the disclaimer by PEC in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty. We are not responsible for typographical, photographical, production or pricing errors.

Since Manufacturers constantly update their product, PEC may change at any time the availability and pricing of particular models.
